How to eat a prawn?

Feast your eyes on the giant Platter. Gently (with your bare hands) undress the prawn from its shell. Lustily dip the firm, succulent flesh into one of the sauces provided, Lemon Butter, Garlic, Tartar or Peri-Peri…  or all if you fancy (although it will be just as great naked) Slowly ease the flesh into your mouth. Enjoy the explosion of fresh flavors of perfectly cooked prawns.
